Privacy Policy

DOSH ("DOSH", "we", "us") operates the DOSH property management platform at dosh.ae. We are the data controller for personal information you provide when using our service.

Account information: your name and email address when you create an account, and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store your password in readable form.

Property and tenancy information: property addresses, unit details, tenant names, lease terms, rent amounts, payment records, and any other information you choose to enter about your portfolio.

Documents you upload: when you use DOSH's document processing feature, the files you provide and the information extracted from them are stored in association with your account.

Payment information: your subscription plan and billing status. Card details are collected and processed directly by our payment provider. DOSH never sees or stores your full card number.

Usage information: log data including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps, used to operate and improve the service.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the DOSH platform
• Send you service-related communications: reminder emails, payment receipts, and account notices
• Process payments for paid subscription plans
• Diagnose technical problems and improve the service using aggregated, anonymised data
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for advertising or marketing to third parties.

We work with trusted third-party providers to deliver core platform functionality, including hosting and infrastructure, payment processing, email delivery, and artificial intelligence features.

These providers are carefully selected and are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations. They access your data only as necessary to perform the specific service they provide to DOSH, and may not use it for any other purpose.

We do not publish a named list of providers in this document to avoid the policy becoming outdated as providers change. If you wish to know which providers process specific categories of your data, please contact us at privacy@dosh.ae and we will respond within 30 days.

We retain your account and portfolio data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records by law (for example, payment records for tax compliance purposes).

You may request deletion of your account at any time from Settings → Account within the app, or by contacting privacy@dosh.ae.

We apply industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including encrypted storage and transmission of all data at rest and in transit. Access to your data within DOSH is limited to what is necessary to operate and support the service.

No method of storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Object to or restrict how we use your information in certain circumstances

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@dosh.ae. We will respond within 30 days.

DOSH is a professional property management tool intended for use by adults. It is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with their information, please contact us so we can delete it promptly.

DOSH uses only the session cookies required for authentication and platform functionality. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will also notify active account holders by email. Continued use of DOSH after a policy change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
