Terms of Service

By creating an account or using DOSH at dosh.ae, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DOSH regarding your use of the platform.

DOSH is a property management platform designed for UAE landlords. It helps you track properties, tenancies, documents, rent payments, and market data.

DOSH is a management tool, not a licensed real-estate agency, legal advisor, or financial advisor. Nothing in the platform constitutes legal or financial advice. Always consult qualified professionals for legal and financial decisions.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms.

DOSH offers a Free plan and a Pro plan:

• Free: 1 property, 1 unit, 10 documents, 5 market checks per month, AI assistant (shorter queries).
• Pro monthly: AED 50 per month, billed monthly.
• Pro annual: AED 499 per year, billed as a single payment.

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and inclusive of any applicable UAE VAT at the prevailing rate.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You will receive an email receipt for each payment. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

You retain full ownership of the data you upload to DOSH (property details, documents, tenant information). You grant DOSH a limited licence to process and store your data solely to provide the service.

We will not share, sell, or use your data for any purpose other than delivering the DOSH platform to you. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You agree not to:

• Use DOSH to store data you do not have the right to store (e.g., tenants' personal documents without consent).
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform.
• Use the platform for any purpose that violates UAE law.

All DOSH software, design, and content (excluding your data) is owned by DOSH and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

DOSH is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate. Market rent data is sourced from third-party listings and is provided for information only. It may not reflect actual achievable rents.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, DOSH's liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the amounts you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
