Never miss a renewal or expiring ID again

A missed lease renewal costs real money, whether it's losing a good tenant, missing a rent increase, or scrambling to register Ejari before a deadline. What DOSH reminds you about

• Lease renewals: 90 days before expiry
• Emirates ID expiry: 30 days before, for all tenants
• Passport expiry: 30 days before
• Visa expiry: 30 days before
• Rent due dates: for monthly and quarterly payments
• Overdue rent: flagged if payment is not logged by the due date

All reminders are sent by email. You can control which reminders you receive from Settings → Notifications. Each email includes the relevant property and tenant context so you know exactly what action is needed.
